Latvia<\/span><\/h4>\nGulbene Municipality is a local level municipality located in the Northeast of Latvia, and consists of 13 villages and Gulbene city administrative territory. The number of the inhabitants of the municipality is about 22 000. Municipal decision-making is Gulbene Municipality Council (GMC) and it is responsible for legal operation of the municipal institutions and usage of finances. With its special language concept, Kindervilla is a unique childcare and education institute, not only within the state of Tyrol but also throughout Austria as a whole. It has bilingual teachers in German-Turkish and German-Bosnian\/Croatian\/Serbian for pupils from migrant families. The education system in the age group 3-6 is totally bilingual. One of the Kindervillas principle criteria is to encourage the children's linguistic and communicative skills. Italy<\/h4>\nCentro per lo Sviluppo Creativo \u201cDanilo Dolci\u201d is based on the experience of social and educational work carried out by Danilo Dolci and his collaborators, which started in Eastern Sicily back in 1952. The Centre stemmed from the need of offering the local communities a reality committed to practically solve the local problems, developing a creative space in which fostering awareness and bottom-up planning were the center of the action, paving the way for a real change. Since the beginning, the main focus of the Center were non-violent education practices as well as the development of a methodology \u2013 the Reciprocal Maieutic Approach \u2013 able to ease creative development at school and in the local territory.
