Le organizzazioni partner del progetto sviluppano una comprensione comune sulle opportunit\u00e0 di includere attivamente operatori dell’assistenza sociale, volontari, educatori e genitori dei bambini nella pianificazione strategica delle attivit\u00e0 di apprendimento intergenerazionale<\/strong>. Fornisce una panoramica dell’attuale situazione assistenziale delle persone anziane, in particolare del loro stato di inclusione sociale nella comunit\u00e0, delle buone pratiche, degli approcci pedagogici e dei bisogni formativi degli assistenti sociali e degli educatori in termini di competenze necessarie da usare nel loro lavoro con le persone anziane. Comparative Research and Assessment of current needs<\/h2>\nThe BEST FRIENDS European Report analyses the existing methods and the current needs of social care workers, social workers, elderly people and secondarily educators. It gives an overview of the current state of art of the care situation of elderly people, especially about their social inclusion status in the community, good practises, pedagogical approaches, and of the training needs of social care workers and educators in terms of competences needed to use it in their work with elderly people. Mainstreaming policy of project results through consortiums European network<\/h2>\nThe Handbook on BEST FRIENDS mainstreaming policy is an opportunity to pool resources, promote information-sharing and learning, and address problems. Mainstreaming workshops will be held in every partner country in order to produce recommendations for local and national nursing homes and childcare institutions for implementing intergenerational Learning Activities between elderly and young children.
